Ontem eu tive o prazer de visitar o restaurante Comida Mineira Caipira Xique. Ele fica localizado na região da Pampulha. Fui cheia de expectativas sobre os pratos dessa culinária que tanto amo e que tá no meu sangue. Hoje trago pra vocês minhas impressões sobre o local e os pratos que provei. Espero que gostem!

Ambiente:
O ambiente é super aconchegante e tem bem aquela cara de fazenda mineira, sabe?! Porém no meio da cidade. Ele fica em uma rua com pouco movimento, porém difícil de estacionar. Em dia de semana é tranquilo. Já nos fins de semana, sugiro que vá usando algum meio de transporte por aplicativo, por exemplo. Assim evita o desgaste de ter que procurar vaga no fim de semana. O atendimento foi impecável do início ao fim. Conversei inclusive com as cozinheiras chefs de lá, são super bacanas, gente como a gente.
Cardápio:
O cardápio é bem variado e tem opção pra todo gosto. São mais de 15 opções de petiscos que podem servir perfeitamente como uma entrada. Dentre os pratos principais eles possuem uma parte especial para os frangos. Lá tem ao molho pardo, com quiabo, com ora-pro-nobis, com pirão e muito mais. Não vou me alongar muito nesse tópico pois eles possuem a versão completa do cardápio online com preços aqui! Eles também possuem um cardápio especial para almoço executivo, com pratos individuais em torno de R$30. Achei bem bacana eles servirem essa opção em dias de semana.
Entradas e petiscos:
De entrada, pedimos uma porção de pastel de angu, com metade sabor queijo e metade sabor carne seca. Eu adoro esse tipo de pastel e estava divino, bem recheado e com qualidade. Também pedimos a porção de linguiça artesanal na chapa. Eles fabricam a própria linguiça, que estava divina e bem temperada.
Prato principal:
Para o prato principal, pedimos o carré ao melaço de suco de laranja e rapadura. Ele vem acompanhado com arroz, purê de mandioquinha com queijo, taioba e feijão. O purê é o melhor que já comi na vida, estava parecendo um aligot de tanto queijo. Ele serve facilmente 2 pessoas. Também pedimos um clássico da casa, o Lembranças do Sertão. Esse prato é composto por alcatra serenada acompanhado de purê de banana da terra, arroz com alho poró e mostarda refogada.
Achei as porções pra duas pessoas bem servidas e o preço justo. A qualidade dos insumos dá pra se ver de longe. Eles tem várias promoções bacanas incluindo cervejas e outros tipos de bebida. Também possuem espaço kids completíssimo. É uma excelente opção pra família e para quem gosta de apreciar uma boa comida mineira.
