Atendendo a pedidos, resolvi trazer minha receita de massa ao molho 4 queijos fácil e prática para o dia a dia. Comprei uma massa de Papardelle mais fina e outra mais grossa para mixar com molho 4 queijos e um de tomate pelado para trazer acidez ao prato. Como sabem, sou 0 profissional de gastronomia e 100% trabalhada na cozinha de casa, daquelas sem medidas e no olho. Vi que vocês curtiram a receita do risoto e, como adoro cozinhar e trouxe essa pra cá, espero que gostem!
Receita de massa ao molho 4 queijos

Ingredientes
400g Papardelle
200g queijo parmesão
100g queijo provolone
100g queijo gorgonzola
1 copo de requeijão convencional
1 caixinha de creme de leite
manteiga
sal e pimenta à gosto
Serve 6 pessoas
Modo de preparo
Começo aquecendo a água com sal para cozinhar a massa. Sigo as instruções da embalagem e coloco para escorrer após cozida. Em seguida, em uma panela limpa, coloco manteiga e creme de leite. Assim que eles se integram, começo a colocar os queijos um a um, respeitando o espaço de tempo que eles demoram pra incorporar ao creme de leite e à manteiga. Vou colocando aos pouquinhos, no olho, e sempre experimentando. Isso é importante pra saber se o molho precisa de mais queijo de um ou de outro tipo. Finalizo integrando a massa à esse molho já pronto e sirvo com um de tomate rústico.
Para o de tomate rústico, basta refogar tomates pelados em alho e azeite e ir despedaçando com ajuda da colher mesmo. Eu gosto dele mais em pedaços, se preferir, pode cortar na faca pra ficar mais líquido. Adoro comer nos fins de semana, servindo para a família. Em menos de 40 minutos está pronto e serve bem 6 pessoas.
