Ingredientes:
Arroz Arbóreo
Manteiga
Cebola picada
Alho
Camarões cinza limpos
Queijo parmesão
Vinho branco
Caldo de camarão ou legumes
Modo de preparo
Prepare o caldo e deixe aquecido para produção do risoto. Sele os camarões em uma panela larga. Reserve. Em seguida, na mesma panela, coloque manteiga, alho e cebola para dourar. Despeje a quantidade de arroz arbóreo que dê para o jantar ou almoço que está preparando. Misture bem com os ingredientes que já estão na panela. Coloque uma xícara de vinho branco e deixe reduzir bem para não ficar com sabor alcoólico. Em seguida, coloque 4 conchas do caldo aquecido e vá mexendo o arroz até que ele absorva quase todo caldo. Repita esse processo de acrescentar o caldo aos poucos, até sentir que o arroz está no ponto certo. Na última concha de caldo, acrescente o queijo e os camarões. O grande segredo do risoto é misturar bem e ter paciência. Sirva com camarões maiores grelhados e harmonize com vinho ou espumante.
