Na última semana, visitei o restaurante La Traviata em BH. Localizado no coração da Savassi, ele é um dos restaurantes italianos mais tradicionais de Belo Horizonte. Sou completamente apaixonada por massas e estava louca para visitar esse local que comemorou 30 anos recentemente. Fiquei curiosa com o que poderia esperar de uma casa tão clássica e hoje trago para vocês as minhas impressões sobre a minha visita, espero que gostem!

Aberto em 1987, o La Traviata é um dos restaurantes italianos mais tradicionais de Belo Horizonte. Com o nome inspirado na famosa ópera de Verdi, o lugar é sucesso de público e serve pratos dignos de aplausos. Ir ao La Traviata é viajar pelos sabores da cozinha italiana e de outros cantos do mundo. É viajar no tempo, ao entrar no seu casarão tombado pelo Iphan, e viajar para bem perto, porque fica no coração da Savassi. Fonte.
O ambiente é super aconchegante e fomos bem recebidos pelo pessoal da casa. Para a entrada, experimentamos o famoso cogumelo recheado com muçarela de búfala, tomate seco e gorgonzola. Também comemos croquete de carne e Piadina, aquela clássica massa de pizza crocante para petiscar. Foi um momento bem gostoso de bate papo com comidinhas deliciosas.
Dentre os pratos principais, pedimos o famoso espaguete carbonara, feito com gemas de ovo, bacon e parmesão. Foi o escolhido do meu irmão que adorou o sabor e o ponto perfeito da massa. Eu sempre fui louca pra aprender a receita e depois de experimentar fiquei com mais vontade ainda. Também pedimos o gnocchi de batatas à bolonhesa, prato super clássico no restaurante. Todos adoraram os pratos, estavam com a apresentação incrível e sabor irretocável.
O prato que escolhi foi o ravióli de muçarela de búfala com espinafre. O prato é bem servido e estava divino. Ele vem ao molho de queijos, que nem gosto, imagina. Os preços dos pratos variam entre 30 e 50 reais. Achei super justo por ser um restaurante delicioso no coração da Savassi. Também pedimos sobremesas na mesa, que estava com uma cara ótima!
