Eu já contei sobre o Restaurante Topo Do Mundo em um outro post aqui no blog, mas realmente não resisti e vim falar novamente sobre o menu bistronômico da casa. A opção de menu por um preço super acessível chamou minha atenção desde a edição do ano passado. Acho super bacana um restaurante tão conceituado de BH oferecer essa opção para que mais pessoas possam conhece-lo. Hoje trago para vocês todos os detalhes dessa minha última visita, espero que gostem!

O Menu Bistronômico consiste na oportunidade de se degustar a sequência “entrada, prato principal e sobremesa” a um valor superespecial – e, nesta edição, com a opção de harmonização com a sensacional e recém-lançada carta de cervejas artesanais do Topo, assinada pelo beer sommelier Heitor Silva. Fui com meu namorado no último sábado e pedimos algumas opções dentro do menu e outras fora, para poder experimentar possibilidades. De entrada, escolhemos o carpaccio da casa, servido com rúcula, queijo e tomate confitado. O prato acompanha pães deliciosos e é uma excelente opção para abrir o apetite. Estava delicioso, muito bem feito.
Para ser meu prato principal, escolhi um presente no menu bistronômico, indicado pelo chef André Rotondo. Ele vem com um risoto delicioso agridoce, feito com abacaxi. Também tem uma carne de porco recheada com pimenta biquinho, que harmoniza de forma incrível com o risoto. Meu namorado escolheu um prato de costela com molho barbecue da casa acompanhado por batatas fritas. Tudo estava excelente e com a apresentação impecável.
Para a sobremesa, escolhemos as 2 opções do menu bistronômico daquela semana. São elas o pudim com um toque especial de café e a panacota de frutas vermelhas. Eu sou 100% viciada em frutas vermelhas, amo esse mix de azedinho no paladar com o doce da sobremesa. Meu namorado apaixonou pelo pudim que estava no ponto certo. Valeu super a pena ter feito essas escolhas.
