Anote todos os seus compromissos
Eu sempre funcionei na base da anotação. Quando estava no colégio, sempre precisava fazer páginas e páginas de resumos da matéria para fixa-la bem na minha cabeça. Trouxe esse pensamento para a minha rotina e deu super certo. Comecei a anotar tudo em uma agenda convencional do ano. Não sigo necessariamente a ordem numéricqa de compromissos, mas super funciona pra mim. Sempre que deixava algum compromisso sem anotar na agenda, acabava me esquecendo e o deixando de lado. Agora tudo fica anotadinho para não me perder no dia a dia. Isso vale para a agenda do seu celular ou do google, caso você não curta tanto mídias físicas como eu.
Use alertas do seu celular
Os alertas e alarmes do celular se tornaram meus melhores amigos anti esquecimento. Sempre coloco meus principais compromissos do dia a dia para disparar 1h antes, assim eu tenho tempo de planejar tudinho. Isso vai desde fazer uma ligação importante até participação em eventos. Vale muito a pena tomar isso como prática diária, afim de não se esquecer de fazer nada de importante no seu dia a dia.
Não embole sua agenda
Sempre que deixava algum compromisso sem anotar na agenda, acabava marcando duas coisas ao mesmo tempo e embolando toda a minha rotina. É muito importante tomar cuidado e pensar bem no tempo que cada uma de suas funções te consumirá. Não adianta deixar 1h para fazer as unhas se você demora 1:30. Também não adianta marcar 2 compromissos demorados muito próximos, um ou outro ficará pendente. É importante balancear a agenda para que tudo seja feito da melhor forma possível e em seu tempo perfeito.
