Dicas para tirar a TPM de letra

Toda mulher tem aquele desejo mensalmente de saber como evitar TPM. Eu menstruei pela primeira vez com 11 anos e desde então sofro desse mal que antecede a menstruação. Dor de cabeça, inchaço, irritação, espinhas, tudo isso gera muito desconforto nessa época do mês. Pensando nisso, separei algumas dicas do que eu faço para tirar a TPM de letra e não ter problemas durante essa fase, espero que gostem!

Durma bem

Parece clichê, mas na TPM ficamos normalmente mais irritadas e incomodadas do que em dias normais. Com noites de sono mal dormidas, essa irritação pode aumentar ainda mais. Aposte em uma boa noite de sono, com várias horas à fio para acordar mais desestressada e leve.

Diminua o consumo de sal

O sal em excesso aumenta a retenção de líquido, que nessa época do mês já fica intensa e nos deixa desconfortáveis. Evite a ingestão de sal em suas refeições para diminuir, assim, esse inchaço que acontece nas pernas, barriga, seios e braços.

Beba muita água

Tá certo que beber muita água é importante todos os dias. Mas seguindo a mesma linha da diminuição do sal na alimentação, a água auxilia a diminuição do inchaço normalmente adquirido nesse período. Deixe uma garrafinha perto de você e, de tempos em tempos, vá tomando.

Evite tomar decisões importantes

Não é com todo mundo que isso funciona, mas comigo está funcionando bastante. Quando estou de TPM, a chance de eu fazer merda aumenta em, pelo menos, 80%. Por isso, sempre deixo pra tomar decisões importantes depois, sem me precipitar. Se alguém diz algo que me irrita, pergunta algo que preciso de resposta rápida, conto até 10 e penso em flores antes de responder. Está dando super certo, recomendo tentarem aderir essa prática.

Coloque um hobbie em prática

Seja assistir sua série favorita, praticar atividades físicas ou cozinhar aquela receita Masterchef, vale a pena colocar em prática um hobbie nessa fase do mês. Essas atividades prazerosas liberam endorfina, que provocam prazer e nos relaxam no dia a dia. Nessa época é imprescindível esse tipo de atitude para se sentir bem e leve consigo mesma.
