O Menu Bistronômico consiste na oportunidade de se degustar a entrada (consumé do dia ou salada), pratos principais (massa artesanal, carne vermelha e acompanhamento ou peixe) e sobremesas (duas opções, uma com frutas da estação ou outra com chocolate). O cliente pode escolher uma opção de cada pelo valor especialíssimo de R$ 60. A cada semana, um menu diferente.
Fui com meu namorado e escolhi, como entrada, uma deliciosa salada com molho especial e maçã verde. Meu amor escolheu o consumé do dia, que era feito com queijo e estava igualmente delicioso.

Como prato principal experimentamos o filet de peito de frango recheado com queijo e o risoto à mineira. Como amante de risotos e da culinária mineira posso afirmar que o prato é DELICIOSO! Nunca provei nada igual! Ambos feitos com muito carinho pelo Chef André Rotondo.
Para a sobremesa, escolhi o pudim de leite, que me surpreendeu por ter caramelos incrívelmente deliciosos em cima. Nunca provei um pudim tão gostoso. Meu namorado escolheu o Alfajor cremoso de colher, perfeito para amantes de chocolate.
